Really happy with the service from Ritz Auto Care (DIP). After contacting a bunch of garages who just told me to get a recovery truck without even checking the car, these guys actually sent someone to inspect it first — that meant a lot.Dennis was super helpful and took extra steps to make things easier, even pushing the car out of the parking for recovery. They got the starter motor fixed and returned the car in just 2 days. Great communication and genuinely good people. Highly recommend!

Recently, i had a wonderful experience with the Ritz auto care. I called the Ritz crew last week when my Audi A4 broke down, and they came to the location for troubleshooting in less than 40 minutes. Mr. Ammar examined my car, very attentively. It was such a nice surprise for me when my car was returned after four hours after he drove it to their workshop. I would like to thank Ritz staff for their own point diagnosis for my Bmw X5. I had a problem with my Ac system which Ritz fixed efficiently , and changed the compressor and expansion valve. I also had to do major service after a week so they picked the car from my location and delivered it back to my house . I highly recommend them
